Important Fitment Information
- Before ordering, confirm the existing trailer requires a 68"/approximately 1725mm tip-to-tip axle, 40mm square beam, and LM/Holden bearings. Also check hub-face width, spring/U-bolt configuration, wheel clearance and required axle capacity.
- Axle length is measured from the very end of one spindle to the end of the opposite spindle.
Signs Your Trailer Axle Needs Replacing
- Replace or professionally inspect the axle if you notice severe corrosion, bending, damaged bearing journals, worn spindle threads, abnormal tyre wear, wheel-alignment problems or repeated wheel-bearing failures.
- When replacing the axle, also inspect the wheel bearings, seals, hubs, springs, U-bolts, spring plates and suspension hardware.
