Delivery guidance for stocked products, special orders, and bulky marine freight.

Dispatch windows

In-stock items are typically dispatched after payment is confirmed and stock has been picked from our warehouse.

Supplier-direct and special-order products may require additional lead time before dispatch. If an item needs extra sourcing time, our team will contact you using the email address on the order.

Shipping methods

Small parcels are usually shipped through standard courier networks. Larger marine equipment, engines, and oversized parts may ship through specialist freight partners.

Freight charges are calculated at checkout where possible. If a product requires a manual freight quote, we will contact you before final fulfilment.

Tracking and delivery updates

Once tracking is available, it will appear in your account order history. We recommend checking your account profile for shipment progress after dispatch.

If your order contains multiple shipment types, it may arrive in separate consignments.

Delivery exclusions

Remote delivery areas, dangerous goods, and oversized freight may require additional handling charges or longer lead times.

We will contact you before dispatch if your destination needs a custom freight arrangement.
