The ORJW500D mounting system is designed for multiple trailer drawbar sizes. Manufacturer and current Australian retailer information confirms compatibility with
- 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 130mm and 150mm drawbars.
- The heavy-duty swivel clamp uses a four-bolt pivot arrangement and is supplied with mounting hardware, eliminating the need to weld the jockey wheel mounting bracket to a compatible drawbar.
Dual Off-Road Wheel Design
- The twin 8-inch wheels use off-road tread and sealed bearings. The dual-wheel arrangement spreads the supported load across two wheels and is specifically intended to improve grip and manoeuvrability on surfaces such as sand, mud and other soft or uneven ground.
Adjustable Height System
- Rather than relying solely on the winding mechanism, the ORJW500D provides four height positions. Each position retains approximately 250mm of winding adjustment, while maintaining a central swivel point for strength.

Variable Yoke Lock

- Replace or service the jockey wheel if the main body or mounting bracket becomes bent, the winding mechanism becomes difficult to operate, the wheels develop excessive movement, the sealed bearings become rough or noisy, the swivel mechanism no longer locks securely, or significant corrosion or structural damage develops.
