The ORJW750D is designed for
- 75mm, 100mm, 130mm and 150mm trailer drawbars.
- The four-bolt swivel mounting system is supplied with the necessary mounting hardware, allowing installation on compatible drawbars without welding.
Dual 8-Inch Off-Road Wheels
- The ORJW750D uses two 8-inch premium wheels with sealed bearings and off-road tread. The twin-wheel arrangement spreads the supported load across a wider footprint and provides improved traction on soft and uneven surfaces.
- This makes it particularly suitable for trailers manoeuvred on gravel, dirt, grass, sand and other uneven surfaces.
Adjustable Height System
- The jockey wheel provides four selectable height positions, with approximately 250mm of winding adjustment at each position. The design maintains a central swivel point for additional strength while accommodating different trailer drawbar heights.
Variable Yoke Lock
- The trailing yoke can be locked into five different stowed positions. This provides additional clearance around drawbar-mounted accessories such as stone guards, toolboxes and jerry-can holders.

Signs the Jockey Wheel Needs Replacing
- Replace or service the jockey wheel if the body or mounting bracket becomes bent, the winding mechanism becomes difficult to operate, the wheels develop excessive movement, bearings become rough or noisy, the swivel mechanism fails to lock securely, or significant corrosion or structural damage develops.
