The 91223 12" Black Rubber Bilge Roller is designed to provide broad, cushioned support along the centreline or bilge area of a boat trailer. Measuring 12" / 305mm wide × 60mm diameter with a 25mm centre bore, its flat profile spreads hull load across a wide contact area. Durable black rubber construction absorbs impact and provides reliable support for compatible fibreglass and aluminium boats during launching, retrieval and transport.

Roller & Spindle Compatibility

  • The 25mm centre bore is intended for compatible heavy-duty boat trailer roller spindle and bracket assemblies. The spindle needs appropriate running clearance within the bore so the roller can rotate freely.
  • Before replacement, confirm the spindle diameter, bracket width and retaining arrangement as well as the roller dimensions.

Suitable Applications

  • The 91223 is suitable for boat trailer centre rollers, bilge-support positions and wide hull-support assemblies. The broad flat profile helps distribute pressure rather than concentrating the boat's weight on a narrow section of the hull.

Signs the Roller Needs Replacing

  • Replace the roller when the rubber becomes cracked, split, severely flattened, hardened, deeply grooved or excessively loose around the bore. Also inspect the spindle for corrosion, bending and wear grooves when installing a new roller.
