The 91232 12" Black Rubber Concave Roller is a heavy-duty boat trailer centre roller designed to support and guide the keel during launching, retrieval and transport. Measuring approximately 305mm wide × 95mm diameter with a 25mm centre bore, its concave profile helps keep the boat tracking centrally onto the trailer. Durable black rubber provides cushioning and impact absorption, making it an excellent replacement for worn or damaged keel rollers.

Roller & Spindle Compatibility

  • The 25mm centre bore is designed for compatible heavy-duty roller spindle and bracket assemblies. The actual spindle should provide sufficient running clearance for the roller to rotate freely rather than being a tight interference fit.
  • When replacing an existing roller, check the roller width, bore diameter, spindle diameter and inside bracket width before ordering.

Suitable Applications

  • The 91232 is suitable for centreline keel support on compatible boat trailers, particularly where a large concave roller is required to guide the keel while the boat is being winched onto the trailer. The concave profile naturally encourages the keel toward the centre of the roller.

Signs the Roller Needs Replacing

  • Replace the roller if the rubber becomes cracked, split, severely flattened, hardened, badly grooved or loose around the centre bore. Also inspect the spindle for corrosion, bending and wear grooves whenever replacing a keel roller.
