Roller & Spindle Compatibility

  • The 25mm centre bore is intended for compatible heavy-duty spindle and bracket arrangements. One Australian supplier specifies the 91531 for use with standard 24mm spindle assemblies, giving the roller the necessary running clearance to rotate around the spindle.
  • When replacing an existing roller, check the spindle diameter as well as the bracket's internal width before ordering.

Suitable Applications

  • The 91531 is particularly suitable for wide boat trailer bilge and centre support positions. The soft red polyurethane construction is popular for fibreglass hulls because it provides cushioning without the marking associated with some traditional black rubber rollers.

Signs the Roller Needs Replacing

  • Replace the roller when it becomes deeply grooved, cracked, badly flattened, seized, distorted or excessively loose around the centre bore. Also inspect the spindle for corrosion, bending and wear whenever replacing the roller.
