The 92118 Heavy Duty Tube Side Adjuster is a strong clamp-on boat trailer bracket designed to secure a 40mm square yoke or roller-support stem to a 50 × 50mm (2" × 2") crossmember. Its adjustable design allows the upright position and height to be changed without welding, making it suitable for heavy-duty timber bunks, skids, wobble roller assemblies and multi-roller hull-support systems.

Heavy Duty Clamp-On Design
- The bracket clamps around the 50 × 50mm trailer crossmember. The 40mm square support passes through the receiver and can be moved vertically until the correct hull-support height is established.
- Once positioned, the two adjuster bolts secure the 40mm upright, while the fixing hardware secures the bracket to the trailer crossmember.

Signs the Tube Side Adjuster Needs Replacing
- Replace the bracket if it is bent or distorted, the 40mm upright moves after tightening, adjuster bolts or threads are damaged, the bracket no longer clamps securely to the crossmember, mounting holes are distorted, or corrosion has significantly weakened the steel.
