Heavy Duty Clamp-On Design
- The 92121 clamps around a 75 × 75mm square trailer crossmember. The 40mm support stem passes through the receiver and can be moved vertically to establish the required roller, bunk or skid height.
- Once positioned, two locking bolts secure the upright, while the clamp bolt secures the adjuster to the trailer crossmember. This provides a strong adjustable installation without permanently welding the bracket to the trailer.

Signs the Tube Side Adjuster Needs Replacing
- Replace the adjuster if the bracket becomes bent or distorted, the 40mm upright moves after tightening, locking bolts or threads are damaged, the clamp no longer secures firmly to the crossmember, or corrosion has significantly weakened the steel.
