Signs the Roller Needs Replacing
- Replace the roller when it becomes cracked, chipped, heavily grooved, distorted or excessively worn, or when the centre bore becomes elongated. Poor rotation or excessive movement on the spindle can also indicate wear. Inspect the spindle for corrosion, bending and wear grooves at the same time.
