Signs the Roller Needs Replacing
- Replace the roller if the polyurethane becomes cracked, split, flattened, deeply grooved or distorted, or if the centre bore becomes elongated. Poor rotation or excessive movement on the spindle can also indicate wear. Inspect the spindle for corrosion, bending and wear grooves when replacing the roller.
