Signs the Roller Needs Replacing
- Replace the roller when the rubber becomes cracked, split, hardened, heavily flattened, deeply grooved or distorted. Excessive centre-bore wear, poor rotation or sideways movement are also signs of wear. Inspect the spindle for corrosion, bending and wear grooves whenever replacing the roller.
