Signs the Roller Needs Replacing
- Replace the roller if the nylon/poly material becomes cracked, chipped, deeply grooved, distorted or excessively worn. Excessive wear around the centre bore can also allow unwanted movement on the spindle. Inspect the spindle for corrosion, bending and wear grooves whenever replacing the roller.
