Signs the Roller Needs Replacing
- Replace the roller when it becomes cracked, heavily grooved, distorted, chipped or excessively worn, or when bore wear causes excessive movement on the spindle. A roller that no longer rotates freely should also be inspected along with the spindle for corrosion, bending or wear.
