Weld-On Saddle Design
- The 92182 is welded directly to the trailer chassis or suitable structural member, creating a permanent mounting point while allowing the roller support itself to remain adjustable.
- Once welded into position, the compatible 20mm mounting leg can be raised, lowered or repositioned before being secured with the locking bolt. This makes the saddle particularly useful for setting wobble rollers and other hull-support rollers to the required height and angle.
Suitable Applications
- The 92182 is suitable for boat trailer wobble roller brackets, adjustable roller supports, roller bracket stems, hull-support assemblies, trailer restoration, replacement roller mounting systems, trailer modifications and new boat trailer fitouts.
Signs the Saddle Needs Replacing
- Replace the saddle if the steel body is bent or distorted, the weld is cracked, the locking bolt or threaded section is damaged, corrosion has substantially weakened the bracket, or the roller support can no longer be securely held in the required position.
