The S7RRD 7 Leaf Tandem Rocker Roller Suspension Kit is a heavy-duty load-sharing dual-axle suspension system designed for trailers using 14-inch wheels. Featuring four 7-leaf, 60mm wide × 6mm thick Dacromet-coated roller springs, load-sharing rocker arms and greaseable mounting hardware, the complete system is rated to 3000kg and is well suited to boat, plant and heavy-duty tandem trailer applications.

Signs the Trailer Suspension Needs Replacing

  • Inspect or replace the suspension where there are cracked or broken spring leaves, excessive corrosion, flattened or permanently sagging springs, worn rocker bushes, seized or damaged greaseable bolts, elongated mounting holes, damaged hangers, excessive axle movement or uneven trailer ride height.
  • Rocker roller assemblies should also be checked for free movement and excessive wear around the centre rocker and mounting points.
