Important Fitment Information
- Before installation, check the available mounting area, 125 × 63mm overall dimensions, rope or chain travel path and alignment with the drum winch. The guide roller should be positioned so the rope or chain feeds smoothly without rubbing excessively against surrounding fittings.
- This is the small 5033 guide roller. Savwinch also uses 5034 for its larger stainless steel guide roller, so the two should not be confused.
Signs the Guide Roller Needs Replacing
- Replace the assembly if the plastic roller is heavily grooved, seized, cracked or excessively worn, or if the stainless frame is bent or damaged. Excessive roller wear can cause poor rope tracking, increased friction and accelerated chafing of the anchor rope.
