The 91520 6" Red Poly Sydney Roller is a soft polyurethane boat trailer roller designed to support, centre and guide the hull during launching and retrieval. Measuring 152mm / 6" wide with a 17mm bore, it is designed for use with a 16mm spindle. Its high-sided Sydney profile and soft, UV-stable, non-marking polyurethane make it particularly suitable for fibreglass boats and gelcoat hulls.

Sydney Roller Profile
- Unlike a conventional straight keel roller, the Sydney profile has raised outer sections that help guide and locate the hull as the boat moves onto the trailer. This makes it useful in centreline positions where additional lateral guidance is required during retrieval.
Suitable Applications
- Suitable for boat trailer keel and centreline roller positions, particularly where the roller assists with both hull support and alignment. It is well suited to fibreglass boats, painted hulls and gelcoat surfaces where a softer, non-marking contact material is desirable.
Signs the Roller Needs Replacing
- Replace the roller if the polyurethane becomes cracked, split, deeply grooved, flattened or distorted, or if excessive bore wear causes sideways movement or poor rotation. Inspect the spindle for corrosion, bending and wear grooves whenever the roller is replaced.
