- It forms the upper section used to position the trailer winch and associated bow-support hardware relative to the boat's bow eye.
Important Fitment Information
- Before ordering, confirm your trailer uses the compatible 91061 or 91062 lower winch-post section and requires the 65mm × 35mm upper post. Also check winch mounting, bow-eye height, bow roller/V-block position and clearance with the boat hull.
Signs Your Winch Post Needs Replacing
- Inspect or replace the winch post if you find severe corrosion, bending, cracking, damaged mounting holes, distorted steel, loose adjustment points or movement around the trailer mounting area.
- Also inspect the winch, winch strap/rope, bow roller or V-block, mounting bolts, U-bolts and lower winch-post section.
