Tow Bar & Receiver Compatibility
- The TBHE9 is designed for vehicles fitted with a 50 × 50mm square tow bar receiver, commonly referred to as a 2" receiver.
- Suitable applications include SUVs, 4WDs, light trucks, vans and cars fitted with the correct receiver. It can provide additional clearance for spare wheels, rear bumpers, bike racks and other hitch-mounted accessories.
9" Extension Design
- The 228.6mm / 9" pin-centre extension moves the hitch connection further behind the vehicle. This can be particularly useful where a rear-mounted spare tyre, bumper or bodywork interferes with the normal tow bar connection or hitch-mounted accessory.

- Replace the extension if the receiver tube becomes bent or distorted, pin holes become elongated, welds show cracking, excessive movement develops between the extension and receiver, or corrosion has significantly weakened the steel.
